I say it knocks them out of the say and deals damaged based on an algorithm determined by vehicle type and speed.

i hope its a bit like that , other efects arent cool , but we dont nead an pplkiller car like carmage... but for monsters or pvp it will be an cool idea to overdrive some monsters or ppl ....

Most likely on your screen you will move the avatar, but in reality they won't move, the same as what happens now (you can't block people, they can just run through you)
