I think it would be cool to be able to interface the IM client with the EU in-game messaging system so that friends can continue to chat with one another. Even if one is not in game and one is in game. Without the in-game person having to switch programs to the IM client. Basically when a person who is in-game receives a message it would show up in their in-game messages. Then they can reply to it at their convenience in game.
