Question: in regards to non-sib blueprints

Hello, i have a question in regards to Sib vs non-sib blueprints. I have been over a lot of different posts but im not sure i understand or if the specific information im looking for has been in other threads.

A level 8 SIB blueprints recommended level is 17.5. This is from what i gather same as weapons, not worth to consider before that level.

Now my question is, does this same logic apply to non-sib blueprints. Shall i consider a non-sib lvl 8 blueprint the same way i would consider a SIB one when it comes to what level i need to begin crafting that blueprint?

I do know the difference in max COS between SIB and non-sib(94% vs 89% if im not mistaken) the question is aimed more to establish if the SIB and non-sib blueprints become useful in their own right at the same level.

I would check a high QR and a 1 QR non-sib bp of equivalent level (8 in your example) first of all for all displayed stats (cos) for an indication of wether it is even reasonable to try.

Then I'd do homework in regards to avg markup/click, check what I want to do with that crafting (skilling, producing items, farming bps, playing casino) and then decide which of the two options look more reasonable.

You won't find definitive answers. Crafting tests are damn expensive.

In essence i was asking if the non-SIB blueprints follow the same "level requirement" curve as the SIB blueprints do in regards to their blueprint level(as SIB states a requirement and before that requirement as with any sib tool it is not worth bothering however non-SIB does not display such info), wouldn't need to do a crafting test to determine that.

However i found the answer i was looking for, thread can be closed.
