Question: Is there a market for a part time Adjusted FAP service?

I'm considering buying an Adjusted FAP, mainly for our own use, but also as a possible option to do some fapping on the side to help with a little extra ped here and there. I'm just curious if people would use a lower cost Adjusted FAP service at all, or if you really need to jump up to Imp or Mod to make it viable? If so, does anybody have any ideas as to what a fair per hour charge would be?

There is a market for it. Most adj fappers charge decay+5ped/hour. That's not so bad considering that a impfapper charges 50ped/hour and on a mob like dasp the repair bill hit 30ped with an effective hunter. 1/4 pay when the investment is 100k vs 20k isn't bad

There certainly is. In event times especially you'll be in high demand, so you have that choice.
