Items in estate and estate transfer

hey everyone,

i have a quick question regarding the transfer of an estate and what happens to the items in it. Do the items automatically transfer to the new owner?

can someone else pick them up?

im in the middle of a deal, and i would like to prevent myself being scammed.

To trade an estate you'll have to restrict access to it.
When restricted you can't pick up any items from that estate.
When you sell the estate deed all the items in that estate are sold too.
