Question: ITT explain how you get loot from mobs?

ITT, explain why mobs have certaint type of loot.

E.g. : How the hell i found a laser rifle in a Atrox? Maybe he's smart enough to use weapons

i guess you still don't understand.

I once got a set of armor from a Exarosaur (i know i'm exagerating ). but then i thought to myself. how i looted a human armor from him? he's not human? Well, i guess this armor comes from a human he ate at dinner

Do you still got it? Post a theory of why a certain creature renders a certain loot ?

Sometimes you just know a mob has a certain loot by just looking at them.
This chirpy below for example.. it certainly has swallowed a sollomate brave.

When somebody dies, their items and body are consumed by bacteria, or dragged underground, and sometimes the mob eat things by accident. Some go for certain objects more than others, that is why you are more likely to find som things in some mobs, but not others.
