Help: Lacerating nanochip X and XI

Anyone know what mobs drop X and XI lacerating nanochips please?

Also if this is your regular mob, have the chips stopped dropping (none on auction)?

Main interest is with X chip at mo.

Lacerating nano X (L) - cornoantherion or what are those called anyways up CND there.
Was mining and got harrassed by a few of them. One looted such an (L) chip.
