as expressed in the other thread about the first weekly return, i would really wish for an ingame item description that actually tells the owner what that deed does.
Here the actual ingame descroption:
This is a land deed.
The holder of this deed is entitled to a part of the gross
revenue generated for planet Calypso.
Total amount of deeds available are 60000, the
revenue will be split evenly between all deeds.
The holder will also, according to the information
presented on www.entropiaunivese.com, get access
to a land ownership system and be part of a political
system/

Long descriptions never bothered me, so this is what i would suggest:
This is a land deed.
It grants users Planet Calypso citizenship and political voting rights.
The Land Lot deedholders are also entitled to 50% of the
Gross Revenue of Planet Calypso (AR Universe AB)
and the revenue will be split evenly between all 60.000 deeds.
Revenue share payments will be made weekly, calculated
based on the Planet Partner Gross Revenue
generated by Planet Calypso during the preceding week.
Planet Partner Gross Revenue is calculated and paid by
MindArk to the Planet Partner, and includes avatar
activity on Planet Calypso, along with the activity
of Calypso avatars in Space and on other Entropia
Universe planets. Avatar activity includes deterioration of
items, as well as various other fees and avatar activities.
The initial price was 1000 Ped with an expected ROI of 27-30%.
Various regions of Planet Calypso will be designated where
Land Lot deedholders will have the opportunity to stake
a claim on a 10x10 meter plot of land for each deed held.

I know this a kinda long and there is probably quite a few spelling errors or maybe even grammar stuff in it but i bet someone with better english can correct that. Some of it i just c/p out of the announcement and Q&A.
I just don't like the wobbly description we have right now, it seems as if whoever wrote it, didn't even know what exactly that land deed, he was supposed to write something about, was, wich is probably not true but for me it just kinda reads that way. No offense intended to who ever wrote that.
