Gonna do it a little different than others (for hopes of some use)
The cost for now is:
40%(was 50%) of TT used
10 Ped per week (so people don't keep it for the heck of it)
That is the % that the gun depreciates while you have it, you can refill it as much as you want while you have it. I'm trusting you to keep track of how much it is used (round to the nearest ped if you wish) .

Now the limited version goes for 200%ish
This one does a lot more dps(55)
16,000 ped down or 21,000 in items (at my market value)
