Same guy managing to get well over 1k twice in one week from people misclicking his auctions! I looked through his auction entries and seems he never adds buyout. Hopefully he is a good guy and is willing to give it back, but it might very well be a tactic from his side.

Looks like he doesn't have a forum account nor a society. Tracker shows he is mining mostly, could always try analyze what areas.
