Looking back today at an old clip,
Why has beacons been limited in their payout these days?
I think most of the people running beacons/other instances with this mechanic, lots of kills and all loot at the end, know that they have a "fixed" TT return.
Make them more interesting,
Promote team efforts... I love the new Spina Cave.
This might result in a higher demand for beacons and similar items for instances (Arkadia Keys etc) ... AFter all, we do play a MMORPGRCE but some of these changes makes it feel like team efforts are a bad thing.
While we are at it, even more types of beacons could be fun. Not just robots, imagine looting a secret map to a Feffox cave that is based on the same idea, clear out the place and loot some boxes in the end.
Maybe not for CryEngine, but something to think about for the new UE5.
