can somebody tell me how much levels in handgun etc. do i need to maximalize my minimal damage? :confused:

to maximize the minium damage. you'll need somewhere around 10.000 skill levels in most combat related skills :) this is guess though! :)
 
Something like that :D

Rifle or handgun are not concerned by min dmg, for the other skills i'm not sure
