Suggestion: Mayhem Trader On all planets

We can enter mayhem instance from any planet but to redeem the vendor is only available on calypso so my suggestion is to add ""Mayhem Token Trader" on every planet.

Honestly the vendor should be in ENTROPIA and not at any planet partner. The only fair place is space stations for mayhem vendor, or have vendor in the instance

Makes sense that one would be included just like attribute token traders, etc.

That and be able to redeem mayhem codex on any planet.
