I see a lot ppl with "premium member" or "modified member" under avatar.
How can I get these ranks?

The "Premium Member" dates back to when Mindbuster owned the forum. You could donate to the forum's upkeep and people who did got the Premium Member badge. Its not available anymore, but as far as I know, it doesn't do anything either.

Not accurate actually. All the benefits that were given to donators are intact, and will remain so. All of this is explained in the Premium Member thread linked above.
