Mining in new VU (7.7)

2 things i noticed under 2 minutes =)

1. I cant mine under water..
2. No drill hole...

And i the info text wont work 100%....

and the new dome in PA has oil that you cant get

yeah.. when you probes the ground.. there used to be a drill hole =) that effect is gone..
