Need some tips on selling efd

Hi how would I go about selling EFD in the safest way possible whats the accepted way? I have 2,390.38 efd , Im just wandering how much ped that is ? whats the going rate for efd? How can you sell it? its just how do I know someone isnt going to take the efd I transfer and not meet me in game with the ped?
