Help: no item colors/textures

Hi ya

ever since the latest patch all my items cloths etc and everyone elses are grey/white.

i can see world stuff fine and hair and skin

i tried adjusting graphix to all levels with relogs, ive tried rebooting, i even tried removing eu and re-dl it, i tried reseting my vid card

any ideas?

Small checklist i use myself.
1. Clientloader options, check if the safe mode is selected there, if it is then uncheck it
2. Launch game and check settings there, the quality slider and the dropdown settings for various graphic options. I usually start tweaking from all the ingame options set to safe or low, then adjust higher. Remember some of the settings won´t activate immediately.
3. If game related settings fail, then i would try installing new drivers for vid card
4. Last option in my list would be reinstalling EU
If all those fail then i would consider a failure in my video card

When you did this, did you delete the EU folder as well after the removal?

I had a similar problem with a VU a few weeks ago (see here), only I was missing ground textures instead of item textures. First I tried to uninstall and re-download it all without deleting the EU folder in between; no result. What solved it for me was when I the next time deleted the folder before making a new installation.
