It amazes me that some people can manage to get together 12 shop keepers but not a shop. I mean dayyyum that is a lot of ped to throw into an apartment.

Heck just getting all those shopkeepers would net more than the price of an average shop. But put them togeather and you get one hell of an impressive item point amount plus more style with the keepers.
