1st floor shops in Port Atlantis mallis now for sale!
The shops are conveniatly located at the newcomer-city, Calypso's most trafficated area, and in sight of the city-teleporter.

The bidding will be as follows:
Small Shops Opening bid 11k, buyout 20k
Large Shops Opening bid 16k, buyout 30k

Place bids (and specify what shop you are bidding on) in this thread or PM me, Ill update the thread accordingly.
Mallowner has the right to deny any bidder that he does not see fit for the mall.

Way to go Skam.

If anyone is not sure about buying a shop then I bought one on the 3rd floor at the mall and so far I have managed to sell a minimum of one item a day.

(I'd even buy another if I had the PED to spare)

And I always used to crash when going to the PA TP but the mall TP is much better (still a few gliches with the server that I'm sure MA are busy at resolving). People that have come to visit me can't believe they are in PA!

I have taken over the running of the north post outside the Mall, so far I have implemented some bolder signs, with a bit more of a commercial angle, and introduced a community notice / sign.

This project is in its early stages, but its pretty much doubled business in my shop since i put it up a few hours ago.

Imporvement like this will help your shop no end.
I've also been chating with Eps, and he has plans to promote the mall, he's working with people on this.
