Given the cost of skilling and relative rarity at the moment, that seems fair enough.
The number of people you see around phoenix and other places auto-click healing and the (relative) low price of ME these days probably means we'll see a few more full bio chips on auction soon though, so I'd expect price to drop.
Unless MA start dropping a few more resurrection chips of course
