Skam, I apologized because I like Svet and didn't mean to offend her. I neg repped you because you neg repped me first before I had a chance to apologize. I have nothing against you personally, I enjoy your articles and I told you that once but you ignored me because in PE one must have a certain social standing to talk to the bourgeoisie. :laugh:

Anyone got more then 1 "loot-window" when they hunt now?
I get 2 windows. 1 with both peds, pecs + resources and another with only pecs + resources.

This will be the LAST post I will make in this thread, out of respect for MindBuster and other users of this forum, which some of you obviously dont have.
I have nothing against people who's started later then me, who I dont know, who wear orange, or anything. I ALWAYS replies to questions and I ALWAYS help if I can. What your implying here is VERY wrong and NOW who's jumping to comclutions hm? Might have thought I couldnt see what you wrote, you didnt see my reply or I was afk or in socchat? That didnt occur to you? :rolleyes:

Try unchecking "Toggle Interaction Menu Stickiness.".

I can't figure out the residue thing. It doesn't seem to have any effect that I've noticed.
 
I found something odd when running. It didn't exist before this VU, but then again it could be just me.

If you are in 1st person and you aren't carrying an Item (gun,Mining equipment,etc) and you scroll back on your mouse wheel a hair, you seem (or at least I did) to run faster.

I was able to outrun an Armax Bull Provider..something I couldn't do before.

Odd....hmmmm.
 
Darkscorp - that run faster by scroll back was in V7.5. Lots of folks used it up on the ships to get to the storage boxes a little faster.

Residue does have an affect on the a quantity of an item and the condition of your crafted item.
You wont really notice anything by using a few residue.
Save your residue until you have about 500. You will see a difference. :wise:

I think I've identified a non-intended result of the new litter law...

Items that are purely decorational and given by MindArk, i.e. the christmas flowers, santa statues, etc. can no longer be dropped which means they can not be used as decoration any more, or, if they are already being used, don't try to move them as I did. ;-) Perhaps you could rewrite the litter law to take estates into exception? Or perhaps items with a value of precisely 0.00 are excepted in general?

And as long as I have your attention regarding living spaces... :) How about allowing us apartment users to have mannequins? You don't need to allow shopkeepers, but at least mannequins? I'm sure I don't need to tell you that apartments could REALLY use a boost in value and this happens to be one of those areas I really see as lacking in apartments. The smaller size and closer neighbors should be sufficient to keep other estates more valuable than apartments, no need to limit apartments in any other ways as less than other estates...

And maybe signage options? custom message ability in the Estate Terminal?

Best that you report it to support, mentioning the items that should be able to be dropped.

Is anyone else having the problem with not being able to fap someone else unless they are at an exact distance from you?


Ive sent a support case and thought it was fixed in the second mini update.

Now the message comes instead of the black stripe but you cant fap others, all it says is youre not wounded when u try.

Anyone seen the same?

YES! I am unable to FAP someone unless I am right up in their face, and even then it won't let me a lot of times. Kindof annoying but I haven't filed a support case yet.

I sent another support case since they closed the first one and got the same answer: Thanks for your info, we are investigating that right now.... ^^
 
After reading i just wanted to add my 2 cents to this VU too!

I got a chance when the VU came out to play for about 5 days, all afternoons.

I lost about 1500 ped hunting during that time. (big deal you might say)
keep in mind this is hunting about 2-3 hours a day for 5 days.. u do math.

Im not so much upset for myself. but for everyone else cause this ped i was saving up for prizes and events when the ES came out.

Marco has not even bothered to get back to me on the ES updates. So im not sure if the people matter/issues even matter anymore. (they used to for sure)

I really dont think he had a good vacation.. that or he was really upset to be back and thrown into work. either way he is not the same as he used to be. :(

Loot

Does it appear to anyone else that with this VU you get either no loot or a global. Seems I don't get anything anymore - but that's what you get if you're known as the no loot king I suppose.
 
hehe, didnt read all but the last 2 posts... and trust me. Lots of players lost tons of peds within this VU.

Like many others I also lost most of my peds within a very short period of time.

But hey, others got the ability to make real money by participating in an online game because of YOU. You that keep loosing peds. Be proud of that :laugh:

Um, you weren't "saving" the PED if you spent it on hunting :loco:

Before the VU, i would almost always break even or if i did lose would be about 10 ped a hunt thats including repairs...

the ped i had saved was my own, i used that ped to hunt with, and if i did get a nice present in some kinda loot then id have more to give out with the ES.
