can't see any early info as it would give advantages over the market, i would expect it in the next big VU tho

When there will be so many rings in the world and so low markup on them that people stop buying strongboxes. Adding decay now would be a premature killing of the goose that still lays golden eggs.
When they add decay, the cost of use will most likely make the rings utterly non-eco, on par with enhancers, useful only for those who value other qualities over eco. Average players would have zero interest in rings even if those were sold at TT. Unless those players already have rings and paid well for them in the past. That's one of facets of average EU mentality - I paid for it so I can't stand it just laying in the storage
