Question: Scam?

I found a spot where I usually hit something (II or III),
and I was thinking of borrowing an enmat amp from someone to use, and maybe I'll hit something big
However, most of my buddies go oremining, so couldn't find one to borrow.
So I looked on auction, read about it somewhere about L-item scamming,
is this an example:


I don't know the decay per drop for this thing, but I found out that 3% of 350 PED is 10.5 PED, so that means this thing is useless now?

Don't buy it!

There are a bunch of people who sell "empty" (L) items in auction. Be very careful.

But it's not always a scam, sometimes it's a way to transfer ped to a person off line

3% is the minimum condition... that means its totaly broken. and yes that guy is a stupid scammer.

Its not a scam since it is legal...but its still a rip off coz the seller wants to make money with ppl. who don't check the condition.
