Shinook River (OLA27) going back to miner mode

The high maturity Molisk migration in the Shinook River area (OLA27) during february is now over. It may take a few days, but after the existing molisk population is killed off, Shinook River will once again be in a miner friendly mode (all DNA:s at min density, min maturity).

A fertilizer issue may cause a slight delay before the maturity settings actually reach min (currently down to below 7 for both molisk DNA:s, and min for trips). Most importantly, all density settings have already been set to min.
