exactly 1618 if all your other atributes/skill points contributing to paramedic are at 1.

since i doubt very much, that you know, what you are actualy doing, you should think twice before u do anything.

You don't need any points in first aid if you have a lot of points in anatomy. You can start using it at level 3 paramedic, heal interval maxes at level 6 and uses/minute maxes at level 7.
