No. That is to be used against spina paralysing venom debuff you get in Queen's New Lair from Larva Royal.
And broodmother.
No, you need to wait for it to pass, pretty good anti bot mechanics!
It does an AOE dmg, a single attack and an AOE DOT (that venom debuff) which stacks up and adds 5 acid dmg every stack.

Imo would be nice if they add one of those inoculation pills you could take that would make you immune to that debuff. It really sneaks up on you at times.
Noble should be added for every spina type with their own spawn imo.

For the spina drone noble all you have to do is get in melee range and they dont hit you with the acid aoe attack.
