As of the time of writing, there are no more Steelbirds at Fort Medusa. It might be temporary in connection with various happenings around the robot story, but this is speculation. If anyone makes an observation, please give a holler, thank you.

Judging from the date of the last low gen global on tracker, it looks like they were removed when the Maffoid Elite spawns arrived there.

why is there even a steel bird daily in the game still, let alone an iron challenge, there's like two steel birds at most alive at any given point in time in the entire game and they're high maturity, mixed in with tons of other mobs, and often so high off the ground that they can't even be shot at without a long range tagger if even at all

MA should make a real spawn of these and stop pranking

They are only in the crater. The other two locations listed here should be removed so people don't waste their time.

It may be associated with the current 'bot event, but G01, G02 and G03 Steel Birds are currently plentiful at Camp Phoenix.
There are other mobs there but not very high level.
