Strange issue with all items

Hello, I have been meaning to ask about this for a while but I held off hoping the UI update may fix it. It didn't, so here I go. The "view information" button for an object seems to have developed a bug for me. It does not show the object being examined, its just a blank space. I have tried a few different things to see if it fixes the issue:

1. Reset everything to default
2. Reinstalled the entire game from scratch on my desktop.
3. Installed game on my laptop and it also does not show the object being examined. (This would seem to indicate an account issue, rather than a local install problem?)

Here is a screenshot of how it looks. Has anyone come across this in the past or have suggestions for anything else to try?
