I had to sell alot of stuff from my inventory and all my stones and enmatters from mining. So it cost me between 800-900 PED just for the one upgrade from tier 3.9 to 4.0.
But now I can heal 28.8HP 41 times a minute. Or 57.6 HP 20 times a minute.
