A friend emailed support a week ago about log in issue and hasn't recieved a response. Does entropialife have support? or is there a different email to send support request too? She used the email provided on the website since she can't log into her account and submit a support case there.

It's been 42 days since MindArk responded to Ask MindArk in Entropia forum. I doubt they will answer.
 
EntropiaLife support or MA/FPC support?

If its EntropiaLife you need support for, it shouldn't be too hard to find a thread made by the creator, and you can ask them there.
