Suse 10.1 problems :)

I'm a complete noob at linux and some of you out there have to know how to fix this baby, lol... I installed Suse 10.1 and can't get it to load windows now
I know I have to mess with grub a bit and this is what it looks like right now....
If anyone knows what the hell I'm supposed to do to be able to get the menu to access Windows and Suse again that would sure help me alot.
