Question: Thinking of change of scene

Back after about a year and a half off, mostly I mine, although I do hunt a bit (spiders, hogglos, scips and the like). I used to mine FOMA from time to time, and of course all of planet calypso, but thinking of trying one of the other planets.

Any suggestions for a decent mining planet?

The mobs there are a bit tough but the ground is plentyful in goodies!

You can try Arkadia Underground(its same as FOMA), but there is no TP fee

Arkadia. A lot of areas are mob free. I've not mined on other planets (other than Calypso) so I can't comment on them.

99% of my mining skills were payed for with alternative markup.
If you want a change of scenery and want to mine, then Rocktropia is the obvious choice.

If you want hunting and mining, then obviously I have to recommend Isle of Lost avatars which has great mu in mining, and great hunting in Kool Kats. (and a spawn of panthers to tame close to the tp if you need a break between hunting/mining runs)
