Thorkells Tomb: When will the shops be buyable?

I have had my eye on a shop in thorkels tomb since it was "discovered" and would be interested in getting one.

however, these have been owned by Ma "marcus the estate Broker" since the area has been created.

Does anyone know of anytime frame whereby they will be opend for public purchase?

Yeah, they are a little out of the way, but they are groovy in a shack kind of way

What I think (and hope) is that there will be a huge underground system of corridors with many halls (like the one there is already) with new mobs, and also possibilities to mine. Maybe it will even have several entrances, for example the thorifoid temple.

And when that happens the shops will be sold too. But this might be just wishfull thinking

Does anyone know how to open this door? Would love to look in there and kill the mobs stuck in there..
