Knowing of an inactive player that has an apartment at Billton Towers (unsure which one) I was wondering. With all the current hype what people think the current market rate was?

And the question can be asked about the houses around the central lake as well (Lake View, not far from Dasps, with outside shopkeeper and ads opportunity). 15k ish to 30k ish for those?

Is there anybody with lower asking price for selling their house on New Treasure Island?
