Can someone that upgraded a UL item post stats for upgrading to Tier 2?

Do the requirement for lvl 2 differ and most important does the Salvage chance decrease as you go up in Tiers for the UL items?

Well unfortuantely, I think you're gonna need a mate to help you log on in future (CTRL) + (ALT) + (DEL)
