Unable to hit in pk area?

Hey just curious..cause it seems a little off for me....ran across 2 people in the new pk zone and despite many echo shots and full charge point blank as 147 shots I didnt land a single one.....talkin 40 shots between the two players.

Wouldnt think its my skills ...almost prof rank 50 in blp sniper

Any ideas as to why...even was a relog in between em.

kinda drove me bonkers

Has anyone figured out if the new pvp area only requires Toxic shot for actually pvping and you're safe but can still roam around without the shot?

Can you kill non shotters then too? Or how do you know who to kill? =D

Has anyone tried to melee someone in the PVP maybe they made it a hand to hand combat pvp no guns?
