does the ares rings improve the heal/min rate?

i'm looking for buying such ring but only if it works with heal tools

Yeah, and the supply of rings is increasing while demand is decreasing. I just find something that is unique should be and feel unique.




I am worried that these rich people will eventually move on while new fresh rich people skip this game if the game's economy is dropping. We may get Rothchild that will buy everything when everyone bails out but who knows...

I dont think acceleration works on vehicles. Just "running speed"
But reload buff?
The avatar who wears the ring doesnt actually carry the vehicle weapon.
So I doubt it would work.
But then again, I havent tried it so I wouldnt know for sure.
