i bough one 0.15 prospecting and one 0.10 surveying they gave me about 200 skill more but i didn't see any difference

i just compared with another player's screen maybe because of my win xp version ( chinese )

That's correct, the chinese version seems to display the english differently, on other games to, sort of a typewriter-y face.
