I tested the decay of my riker UL2 (UL), and it seems to be different with an accuracy enhancer.
I used the fruit method to calculate the decay, but with 10 shots to increase accuracy.
With this method, I found that the decay of the riker UL2 alone, or with an Omegaton A103, is 1.4390pec.
If I attach a Weapon Accuracy Enhancer I to my Riker UL2 + Omegaton A103, the decay become 1.4392pec.
Did someone else observe that weapon accuracy enhancer increase the decay?
