Weapon ranges is wrong sometimes

Hi,

sometimes the weapon ranges is wrong. I don´t know why it changes from time to time.

Here an exemple. Range is here to much:

Max tt value is also wrong on many items...

The skill value affecting a weapon's range is off by a power of ten, by the looks of it.

Then go ahead and fix them

Easy enough to get the max tt from auction and fix the items that have incorrect values.
