What qualifies an item for the "Rare Item" HoF list?

I'd really like to know why there are three pairs of Angel Feet (M/F,L) per day that show up on the list, but a set of Supremacy Thighs (F,L) did not?

It's likely just a checkbox in the dB that an employee clicks and they messed up a few things like the angel(L)

Paradox foot looted with a hof but when I looted a paradox thigh nothing happened (apart from a big smile on my face).

It's new system and they'll fine tune it according to the response.

Easiest way would be obviously to send the tickets, what you like, what you don't like, they might just change it.

Items become "rare", when mindark decides to drop them...

I looted 7 Angel (L) parts after the 14.1: helmet, harness, gloves, thigh and shin – no globals, arms – 1 global (before 14.1.1), 1 not (after 14.1.1).
