I need some help to know the value of some skills.

I wanna sell my Mining skills to someone who bring ESI.

Level 32 Miner (4552 points)
Level 31 Prospector (4035 points)

How much is it wort in ped, just for the skills if the sellse bring esi?

On entropiawiki should be skill chipping optimiser or something like that, you can see how much TT of skills you have when you use this. EDIT: Skill Calculator . You will lose 10% of skills when you chip out. And you will lose 10% of ESI TT value as well.
Look at MU on ESI, look at MU of skill implant and you will see about how much you can sell it for.
