When can we log back in?

Am I safe in assuming that since the competition ends 23:59 Dec 31st UTC that it is ok to log back in any time afterward on January 1st UTC?

considering the past mayhems, you can't log in till the event period has ended and since its been extended you have even longer to wait. you've already listed that thou, so that was repetitive. yes the first on January would be correct.... but the first were? Tokyo time? England time? Washington dc time? mountain time? Hawaii time?

EVENT DATES

• Dec 21st: Skill chipping is no longer allowed for Mayhem participants. You may get the Mayhem mission from Carl Tucker in Port Atlantis. Kills are not registered yet.
• Dec 26th: Competition opens 00:00 UTC. Kills are registered. Final category qualification happens on first kill.
• Dec 30th: Competition ends 23:59 UTC. Kills are no longer registered. You may no longer get the Mayhem mission.
• Jan 1st: Skill chipping is allowed again.
• Jan 8th: You can hand in the Merry Mayhem Mission to Carl Tucker; when you do, you get a Mayhem Participation Diploma. Winners and prize announcement, including the top 200 list for all categories with points and time.

original posted dates shifted forward one day should suggest that mayhem participants are now cleared to log in and also chip.
