Salty flats used to have them east of neas, but went there a couple weeks ago and didn't see any. Far as I know there aren't any stallker merps LA's atm.

Probably so he could talk to the guy and have him raise up the numbers and maturities of them. I would do it had I a spare empty open land

Because on natural spawn areas it is always mixed spawn with other mobs, dont want that.

There isn't such. Atami had big merps on the Merp LA in the summer, but that was a temporary thing. Many LA-s have added big merps for a time, they have always made the same mistake - setting the merps to max maturity.
