Im this Replay i try to get the history & a few facts back out of the big hole in my head
Omegaton has build the "Zychion-Cytadel" in past time to give the Corporation a higher effectiveness for the exploitation of Calypso & all liveforms lived on the beautiful Planet.
To do this they had an idea.
Bould the Factories & the housings of the collonists near eachuder. So it is posible to controll the workers more efective & increase the productivity.
So Omegaton build the Factories & Housings for the Workers.
Short time after Omegaton started with the "Zychion Project" it went to a Big city with all facilities needed to get best results for the production.
It was a real impressive City with Factories, Flats, highways, Tunnels & all you can imagine.
Even there was enough work for all, no one was realy happy to live there. It was a hard live to work for Omegaton far away from home. Bad work conditions & lack of accident prevention.
Manny Humanoids died while theyr work for Omegaton.
So people began to explore Calypso to find a peacefull place to live far away from Omegaton.
So also some species crossed & the first Mutant towns came up.
There no specific dsetails i know about how it realy happened that the Big war came up. There to much rumors about it.
One of it is this one:
Omegaton had a good position on Calypso because they had the infrastructure to expand & take over the whole planet.
Not only the Mutants who lived in outlaw where anger about Omegaton because the Methods make profit with the prize of manny lives.
The other warlords in the Galaxy of PE where also anger about Omegatons methods to keep the monopol on the market.
Shure. Omegaton was the biggest company that made it posible to explore new places in the far space. But the Omegaton was not willing to share annything without a "Omegaton-Label" on it.
When we can beleve the rumors about that Omegaton have stolen other companies Patents & Technoligies & no one was able to be court them because the laws where under Omegatons control, its clear where the reasons for a war came from.
Every Gear with the Omegaton-Label on it is payed with the blood of a underpayed slave worker in the Factories of Omegaton.
So it was just a question of time the Warlords would begin a big strike against the Omegaton Devil.
After the big war there was only a big mess left of the "Zychion-Project" & Omegaton went from Calypso to prepair for a new chance in order to expliod a next time.
After the Big war there came a outlaw time. No one liked to rebuild the "Zychion Citadel". To manny died for the place. So it went out of the mind from the just new born Planet-State of Calypso.
Now the interest is there to explore the history of Calypso by the scientists of the present community on Calypso "Zychion" went back into the mind of the Calypsoans.
So it came a few VUs ago, that a team of Explorers found the "Zychion-Citadel" while an excursion to find a good place for a new settlement.
All they found where the ruins & most rapports of the past that contain information about "Zychion" are lost while the big war.
So let us hope someone find some of the lost documents while exploring calypso.
