This is a blog post for a simple idea, placing it on the normal forums will probably get me scoffed at.

But here is the simple idea.....

Draw up a table

While you are hunting, mining, or crafting, execute actions at set times, and record a 0 for a miss and a 1 for a hit. After a couple of runs there should be times that yield better results than others. Once I have done this a couple of times I will post the results. There are sets of number systems that I am skewed towards at the moment.

It would be so simple to place this "seed" inside the client as it would be seen as nothing more than a small number. eg A56

1 0 1 0 0 1 0 1 0 1 1 0
11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0

timing would be 1,2,4,6,9,11. I think you get the idea.
