In late June of 2010, I bought my first car. Prices were still very high (over 300ped) but my card was flush with a mining HOF (XX Garcen Grease) so I wasn't about to wait. With this car, nicknamed "GG", I explored all of Calypso, featured it in photos and videos, raced far and wide, and was a test case for vehicle use and abuse.
Brand new and blue - still no working dash (pre-tp Chug's in back)
1st place in the Nea's to N.Switz Enduro (where I won it's replacement - thanks Sol)
Atop my favorite mountain, and here on the highest drivable mountain
And, of course, destroyed many times along the way. Before MA made all cars look new when repaired, regardless of TT value, it would have looked like this last picture now, at best. With its TT Value down to 1.21ped following the VCC Athena Rally, I decided to retire it from active racing and daily driving. So now it sits in storage, fully restored.
Well worth every ped - thanks for the memories.
