efd's are earnings you get for posting replies,voting in surveys or for when people read/post in your threads etc,.
They can be used here in the EFD store to buy the little icons you see under peoples names or to buy adspace for the banner ads you see at the top of each page.You can also sell them to other players for ped so they can purchase these things.I think 711 sells them at a rate of about 1ped for 250efd or something like that.
