HELLLLPPP. This weekend Wof USA is going up again Italy. Because of them forcing us to pick a horrible time slot (1600 MA Time). We will be short on support players. Please if you can be online and at Wolverine TP at 1530 MA Time. (That is EST 11:30 AM EST, CST 10:30 AM CST, MST 9:30 AM MST, PST 8:30 AM PST, AKST 7:30 AM AKST, HST 6:30 AM HST.) Last time we had enough people to finish hunting in a hour, and most people used 50-100 peds for there hunting. If you think you can join us on Support hunting PLEASE DO. USA needs your help!! PM me for any more details.
Happy Holidays ... and may your virtual flame burn bright in the New Year with many blessings!

Thx for the invite to the group, is always nice to get to know the locals ;)

No, I've not really had any database design experience. I'm more on the hardware/troubleshooting/networking side of things. I've had some training with Cisco equipment and have a few hardware, networking, and desktop support certifications. If you know of anything along those lines though, any leads would be very much appreciated :) I moved down here in a bit of a rush, with almost no advanced preparation, to help my sister out. Not having a job is making me a bit stir-crazy already lol
Oh your not alone...there are a lot of us...my bf is who got me involved...oh he really wishes sometimes he hadn't introduced me to it...lol. But it's too late now...i'm totally addicted.
I've been playing Mass Effects lately -- and hitting EU a lot less in exchange... I've also been catching up on some personal software projects, and functioning on 5 hours sleep a night so I've been too tired to hit the forums (EU, BI, or any of my other favorites for that matter). I have probably played less than a dozen games of sudoku in the past month, even!

    I suppose I should get a life...
LOL, actually -- I ended up seeing Hancock (scheduling conflict). I'll be seeing Wall-E this weekend, hopefully. I haven't been on EU, so *of course* it's profitable now! :p

I just finished a 12 hour day myself... Dead tired, bags under my eyes... and I have to finish my laundry before going to bed even. <sigh>
Egads!!! I wasn't checking your page for comments so I missed the mini conversation. I'm sorry. I had noticed you put up your rl pic, and you don't look like a killer or a postal worker, but you do look Texan ;)

Did you like Wall-e? I have a confession, I cried at the preview. I know, so silly, but I am just like that. Abandonment gets me every time .

Was thinking maybe you should post a thread about the new group you made? Help us get some members?

I am super bushed, very long, dramatic weekend at work. And, today was no different. lol Just four more days of my two week stint, and I have a week off. I think I might actually be able to sleep for the entire week.

But on a better note, EU has actually been profitable for a few days. I could get used to that!!!

Don't work too hard, and take care!

    -Me
I'll probably see Wall-e, something light and fun. :)

Don't work yourself too hard -- nobody dies regretting that they didn't work enough, well nobody I know of anyway!

Lol, speaking of work, I just got paged by someone that needs thier password reset...
Well, I have to work this weekend, and it is the holiday, so our volunteers not going to be in, so I will have to work double duty. So, no fun plans for me. I always to Quiz with Kin though, that I always fun for Friday night.

Funny that only some people got your joke. hehe, got to love Geek Speak!

What movie you planning on seeing?
I just uploaded my RL picture -- and I'm not sure if it looks like I'm a disgruntled postal worker with a fake smile or a mug shot for a murder suspect with a secret... I'll let you decide while I try to find a pic that doesn't look so ogre-ish (now where did I put that high school photo?!?).
Yes, I agree, there is no better work in life than helping others in need. And, might I add, none so fulfilling. I can have a rough day with a resident situation, but a tiny success with another completely wipes the slate clean and my day is well spent.

Yes, I wish we got paid more. But like most important things in life, they are not valued enough. But, that just makes more opportunities for those that are paid well to contribute and make a difference with out working in the trenches! :)

Sorry to hear about your roomate, I do hope she got things all settled and cleared up.

    Cheers :D
Wow, you, my friend, are the people I bow in awe to! I can not do that type of work, makes my head hurt. Ouch!

As for what I do, I am on the client management side of a locked safe-house facility. I do more with counseling and interaction with our residents. I spend most of my days and nights helping them get themselves put back together and encouraging them on to the next step. I don't spend a long period of time with them, most are only residents for three to four weeks. So much for my degree, never would have thought I would have ended up in the work that I am doing. However, I love it and hope to stay with it for as long as I can.

I hope that satiates you, :) Hopefully wasn't too coded to make me sound like a secret agent, lol. Other than all of that, I am pretty boring myself. (At least I think so!)

    Take Care
Hehe, I have been on EF since November, I think, and I am just now finding other Texans? lol Oh yeah, I am from Dallas too. :)
All these Texans runnin around, and I didn't even know it. Best of luck to ya Killer. :)
Thanks...I think...I used to have a boss who when he'd call me he'd yell "Female!" I've always known my place...lol. Being a girl sorta lends to my girly themes. :)
