Question: Medical skills: any sense to go past level 50?

The reason I ask is that there is an unlock at level 50, which is always cool and makes skilling faster for a bit, but the availability of FAP's above UR200 is quite limited, the next FAP is a 450, which I rarely see in auction. So from the practical perspective given that the FAPs above 200 are not easily available, would it make sense that trying to force to the next fap makes little sense?

450's are easy to loot though, just kill some muluk

Well have not hunted muluk much, and not a huge fan of PVP areas either But thanks for the info, that's helpful. I think the 450 level which I think is 54 will come rather fast with a new skill open, but my point is still, anything past this is not easily obtainable at all, so not much sense to spend effort and resources on pushing this...
